All processing is intended to occur locally in your browser. We do not intentionally capture, transmit, or store your audio or video data. However, we cannot guarantee the behavior of your browser, operating system, extensions, or any third-party software on your device.

Webcam analysis metrics, microphone test results, headphone measurements, and audio frequency generation are approximate indicators subject to hardware, software, and environmental limitations. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any test results.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBCAMMICTEST, ITS OPERATOR, AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL; DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT OR DEVICES; HEARING DAMAGE OR OTHER PHYSICAL HARM RESULTING FROM AUDIO PLAYBACK; OR RELIANCE ON ANY TEST RESULTS OR INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.
